- Coming home 5 days before just to see that Mama hasn't yet put up the tree or the decorations, and hands that task over to me
- Very last minute Christmas shopping
- Midnight Mass with the family: An hour of laughing at the comedy that is the St Raphael's choir, particularly the annual shambles that is "O Holy Night".
- Coming home after Mass, eating some Christmas ham, chatting nonsense for a long while, and a few Crimbo drinks with the brothers.
- Food Food Food!!!
- A movie or three!
- Spending time with the best family anyone could wish for. Not crying about the depleting number of gifts I receive every year; instead relishing in love, laughs, and good food.
