Ahhhh its impossible to choose only one, So I'll chose the first one that comes to mind for each:
Book: One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest - I read it a few months ago and can't sing its praises enough
Movie: Kick Ass - One of my favourite films of 2010.. it was ballsy!
Song: Lost In The World by Kanye West - in fact, that album was one of favourites this year
Food: Roti - a nice taste of the Caribbean right there! Doesn't get any better!
